Mr. Italiano has over 35 years of Law Enforcement experience.  As a Retired Sergeant and head of the Support Services Division and the Training and Development Unit of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department in Dutchess County, New York, Mr. Italiano provided instruction to countless numbers of Police Officers and Detectives throughout the Hudson Valley area. During his tenure Mr. Italiano served as a Commanding Supervisor and Head Trainer for the City of Poughkeepsie Emergency Services Unit (SWAT Team), Sniper Coordinator, Range Master and Head Firearms / Tactics Instructor, Narcotics Officer, as well as Crime Scene and Evidence Specialist Technician and Instructor, processing numerous homicide, unnatural death and other violent felony scenes. Mr. Italiano also served as the department liaison and chairman of the New York State Counter Terrorism Zone 14 and developed and implemented the intelligence lead policing within the department.

After his retirement, Mr. Italiano was hired as the Commanding Officer of the Wappingers Falls Police Department Detective Division, overseeing and supervising all criminal investigations.

Mr. Italiano continues to serve part time as a Sergeant with a local Police Agency where he also served as a Explosives Detection K-9 Handler specializing in Explosive / Improvised Explosive Device Recognition and Detection.

Mr. Italiano has continued to work in the field of Investigations and has provided Executive and Personal Protection to a number of well known and  high net worth individuals in the NYC Metropolitan area.
